Christine Beylouni

Christine Beylouni is an international ICT consultant with more than 15 years’ experience in the ICT industry and with focus international business, Broadband and Smart Cities industries, technologies and solutions. She is the vice president within the Smart Cities Association supporting it as member of its board.
Christine is also involved in the international relations and regulatory bodies including institutions and organizations of the telecom and IT sectors such as ITU, GSMA, and the global FTTH Councils with her direct involvement with FTTH Council MENA as Director General where she helped, since July 2011, increasing the strategic evolution, the member’s platform and the council’s portfolio in terms of committees, international relations and regulation in the MENA region and globally.
Over the last years, she headed the strategic regional and international affairs within mobile operators and organizations and increased their international revenues by expanding their regional and global business through the development of international services such as international roaming, interconnection, etc. She also concluded several partnerships and agreements with technology and international solutions providers and associations worldwide with regards to international connectivity and general matters.
