 With more than ten years in the ICT industry Ghana is leveraging her experience along with her passion for education to promote the digital mindset and behavior among citizens and therefore to highlight its importance in their societies and daily lives for a smart and happy living.

Within her coordination and partnership with regional and global universities Ghana contribute in the basis of innovation and technologies labs and build the necessary edge between smart campuses and cities.

Based on her fulfilled background of several open-source startups such as e-learning and coaching programs and her collaboration with the industry on several educational technologies projects, workshops and initiatives in Silicon Valley and worldwide organizations, Ghana oversees the digital mindset and behavior initiatives within the Smart Cities Association to help creating the awareness for the digital transformation of smart cities.
